Share the Terms of Reference, the submission deadline and any templates. If there is no ToR yet, a short brief is enough to start.

Clarify the scope
We confirm audiences, languages, locations, deliverables and donor requirements with your team, so the proposal answers what you actually need.

Receive a written proposal
A technical proposal with approach, workplan, team and timeline, and a financial proposal broken down by deliverable, in the format your procurement asks for.

Delivery and reporting
Agreed review rounds, visibility checks on every deliverable, and a closing report with final files, links and results.

Aranbis began in the UNRWA Youth Entrepreneurship Programme, which funds new business ideas and trains young founders in design thinking and business management. We know donor-funded work from the beneficiary side, and we bring that understanding to every project.
